Honey Mustard Carrots
Serves at least 6 as a side
- 1 lb. of carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. safflower oil
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. local honey
- Dash of cinnamon
- Steam the carrots until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
